Constructed in 1921 as the ticket office of the Cunard Passenger Ship Line, this vast limestone building was designated a historic landmark in 1995.

With spectacular views of the New York Harbor and surrounding downtown buildings, the 海军准将的房间 played host to visiting ship captains in the building's original life as home to Cunard Shipping. The space is now used as a meeting room and event venue for students, faculty, and community members.
